The Story Of Us...

Michelle Diekow was a Server/Bartender when the Co-Vid Pandemic hit in 2020. With 2 grown boys, a 4 year old daughter (whose father was passing away due to heart disease) and 2 grandkids, she found herself out of work. Thankfully Michelle had other skills such as light mechanic knowledge.

She created a post advertising services for Brakes, Starters, Alternators, fuel pumps etc and posted it on every social media platform she could think of. Unfortunatley, not alot of inquiries came in for that. Michelle follwed a specific page on Facebook it was a page on for out of work service industry workers called Odd jobs MKE, created by an out of work Bartender, Randy Beck. A woman had commented on Michelle's post asking if she could detail a vehicle. Michelle thought, "Well, I do enjoy keeping my car clean, AND what an excellent way to turn my diagnosed OCD into something good!" so with basically a few microfiber towels and a bottle of windex she went to the woman's home and detailed her car. Not only did she LOVE the service she got but she was very appreciative of the fact that Michelle came to her, because like many she was either stuck in the house or working from home. The woman wrote a detailed, EXCELLENT review of Michelle's job and the work never stopped from that point on.......

Soon after, Molly Snyder from onmilwaukee.com and Fox 6 News did an interview with Michelle about how service industry workers were surviving. With so many calls, texts, and messages coming in Michelle could no longer detail AND answer calls so she asked her sister Jenn if she'd like to take the burden 'blessing" off her hands and Jenn agreed.

Expectedly, but too soon, the father of Michelle's 4 year old daughter, passed away leaving Michelle with the sole responsibility of raising their daughter Brooklyn. This loss was devastating and after weeks of suffering and mourning, Michelle used the pain as drive and motivation to amp up her game.

When it was safe for servers to come back to work, after alot of thought and risk, Michelle decided to continue down the car detailing path and not return to work. Instead Michelle picked the brains of detailer nationwide, and spent hours upon hours educating herself on the difference between cleaning and detailing, what products to use and how to run a business. She continues to do this EVERYDAY.

With no desire to ever want to own a business, Michelle got a call from the Better Business Bureau in February 2021 wanting to make her an accredited BBB Company based on all the 5 star reviews they had seen. Sadly, she let them know what an honor it was to get a call from them, but there was no legal, registered company.

In May 2021 Michelle found the confidence and drive within herself and decided to make her new skill a legitimate, state of Wisconsin registered company. She vowed to always make her customers #1 and make sure they were aware thaqt they would always get the A+ quality customer service that had won Michelle awards in the past.

2022 blessed Michelle with many more clients and even a contract account with Hertz Rental Company. While she was barely keeping up with the demand, her son Jordan came in at the perfect time and saved the day! Jordan had been detailing jobs on the side between 2019-2020 and has always had the drive and heart to follow the entrepreneurial dream.

Today, people love to carry on conversations with Jenn about anything from their dogs to their sick Aunt Sarah, and loves the almost "twin psychic abilities" that Michelle and Jordan share while working together. With this dynamic trio of family (and an excellent PATIENT financial advisor) they have gained more skills, education, and YES, their BBB Accreditation!
