-Just Like New Auto Detailing LLC asks that you remove all personal items, large debris, car seats etc. from any areas you would like to have serviced; such as glove box, door pockets, center console and trunk. If any items are left in any such places WE WILL NOT service them as they are looked at as "personal places". Excessive items left in car are subject to a $20 clean out fee. If you are elderly or disabled this fee can be waived.

-Just Like New Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We are 100% honest and respectful of our clients but things do get sucked up in the vacuum cleaner.

-When scheduling an appointment, you are getting an ESTIMATE based Soley upon our pricelists. Your detailer may need to add on certain services necessary to provide you with the quality service you expect.

-There is a 20% deposit for details $200 and over. This is to ensure your appointment slot. If for whatever reason you cannot make your scheduled appointment, your deposit is good for 7 calendar days after the original appointment was made. You have 7 calendar days to re-schedule that appointment or you forfeit your deposit and an additional deposit would be neccesary to reschedule.

-Just Like New Auto Detailing ensures the best quality work POSSIBLE. While we always strive to do our best there are some situations beyond our scope and knowledge that cannot be rectified due to current condition of vehicle.

-At checkout PLEASE take the time to inspect your property with your detailer thoroughly! If there are any missed spots or damage please let us know BEFORE our departure and we will be happy to rectify the issue. There is a 24 hour guarantee on all work, after that, while we will no longer be liable to rectify any dissatisfaction, we are more than likely and willing to help to ensure our 5 star reputation.

-There is NO NEGOTIATION on prices. Just Like New Auto Detailing LLC factors in many considerations before creating our price lists accordingly. Some things we factor in is time, the price of the quality products we use, our education and knowledge, our detailing skills, the quality results we produce and our competitor prices. While some places may offer "unlimited washes" or extremely inexpensive packages, please keep in mind we are detailers not cleaners. Good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good.

-Just Like New Auto Detailing LLC can provide a scent free, eco-friendly service if requested at time of scheduling.

- We respect our clientele and their time and in return would like the same. We strive to arrive at our appointments on time but unfortunately things do come up. We offer 20% off any detail package if we are more than 30 minutes late to an appointment. We ask that you make sure the time/day, and time allotment for the service works for you. Last minute cancellations due to money issues or "change of mind" will not be tolerated as it is a HUGE inconvenience and loss of money for any small business. 

-As we are MOBILE detailers, while some come equipped with water and generators we do not at this time so please be sure there is access to water and electricity at your location. If there is a problem with those needs we do offer a Drop off and wait location in Oak Creek or a Drop off only location by General Mitchell International Airport. We also have valet service for $30 extra. Please let the scheduler know what is most convenient for you.

-In most cases we do not charge a travel fee, however, we do reserve the right to charge $1/mile extra for anything outside of Milwaukee, Waukesha and Racine counties.

-Just Like New Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

-There are times listed next to each package. This is the average amount of time necessary to perform this service. Any amount of time AFTER then will be billed at $30 per half hour.

--A $20 pet hair fee will be added to vehicles with pet hair due to the time and effort it takes to remove the hair. That fee is good for an extra 30 minutes of vacuuming. Anything after that will be billed at the additional time fee of $30 per half hour.
